How to check if your LinkedIn is properly connected
You can check your LinkedIn sender status from Looply in a few seconds.
This confirms whether your sender is ready for inbox sync, campaign selection, and LinkedIn outreach.
To confirm your status

Go to Settings → LinkedIn Accounts.
•
Find the LinkedIn sender you want to use.
•
Make sure the sender shows Connected.
What a healthy connection looks like
•
The sender status says Connected.
•
The LinkedIn name is visible.
•
The profile picture or sender avatar is visible.
•
Campaigns can select the sender.
If it shows Disconnected
•
Click Reconnect or Connect LinkedIn.
•
Complete LinkedIn verification if prompted.
•
Wait for Looply to finish syncing the sender.
•
Confirm the sender returns to Connected.
