How to export leads from Looply
You can download selected leads from Looply as a CSV whenever you need to review them, share them with your team, or move them into another workflow.
Exports start from Contacts, All contacts, or a specific Contact List. Apply filters first if you only want to download a specific segment.
Steps
1.
Go to Contacts.
2.
Open All contacts or a specific Contact List.
3.
Apply filters if needed, such as list, source, signal, ICP fit, email availability, or status.
4.
Select the contacts you want to export.
5.
Click Export.
6.
Choose Export selected contacts or Export contacts with email or phone.
7.
Download the CSV file.
What is included in the CSV
Your export can include the contact details and context Looply has available for the selected leads.
•
First name, last name, email, additional emails, phone, and additional phone numbers.
•
Location, job title, industry, company, company URL, and website.
•
Import date, source, intent, ICP Score, Profile URL, Total Score, and intent keyword.
•
Notes, Personalized Email Message, and Personalized LinkedIn Message when those fields are available.
Exporting filtered or list-based leads
If you only want a specific audience, filter the contact table first or open the Contact List you want to use before selecting contacts.

Use filters to narrow the table by source, signal, list, fit, status, or contact data.
•
Select only the contacts that should be part of the file.
•
Looply exports selected rows, so the CSV should match the contacts you selected.
Using exported leads outside Looply
Use the CSV for reporting, team review, CRM handoff, enrichment review, or another outbound workflow where you need a clean contact file.
•
Review the file before importing it into another system.
•
Keep campaign and reply status organized inside Looply so your workspace remains the source of truth.
•
Avoid using old exports as live lists if the contact status has changed since the file was downloaded.
Important notes
•
Export works from selected contacts.
•
Export contacts with email or phone only includes selected contacts that have direct contact details.
•
Your workspace plan may need export access enabled.
•
Review exported data before using it outside Looply.
Best practice: export focused segments instead of your entire workspace. Smaller files are easier to review, hand off, and keep aligned with your current outreach status.
