AI Chat: How It Works

AI Chat is a Looply assistant designed to help with lead generation, campaign analysis, ICP refinement, and outreach assistance.

Because this feature is still experimental, functionality, usage limits, and pricing may change over time as we continue improving it.

AI Chat is best used as an assistant, not an autopilot. Review important recommendations before using them in live campaigns or customer conversations.

How It Works

Daily Usage Quota

Your workspace may have a daily AI Chat usage quota depending on your plan and current product settings. When limits apply, Looply shows the available usage inside the product.

Usage can be consumed when:

You send messages to AI Chat.
AI Chat returns analysis, recommendations, or generated copy.
You import or act on leads found through AI Chat where usage-based actions apply.

Usage quotas can reset automatically based on the limits currently configured for your workspace.

Additional Usage

If you run out before the next reset, Looply may offer additional usage through credits or plan-based allowances.

Pricing, quotas, and credit rules are still experimental and may change as AI Chat evolves.

AI Chat can help identify leads matching your target audience criteria, including role, location, industry, company type, and other ICP details.

2. Find Leads Based on Recent News or Events

Example: Find founders in San Francisco who recently raised funding.

This can help you discover timely outreach opportunities when a company is hiring, growing, launching, raising funds, or showing activity that makes your message more relevant.

3. Generate Campaign Reports

Example: Can you check my campaign and give me a report on replies, invitation acceptance, and next actions?

AI Chat can help analyze campaign performance and explain what is working, where prospects are dropping off, and what you may want to tune next.

4. Refine Your ICP

Example: Can you review my ICP and recommend improvements?

AI Chat can suggest ways to make your targeting clearer, broader, narrower, or more signal-driven depending on your goals and campaign results.

5. Generate Outreach Messages

Example: Can you generate a LinkedIn outreach message for this person?

AI Chat can create message drafts for LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, or reply handling. This is still experimental, so always review the final message before sending.

Since AI Chat is still experimental, feedback is extremely valuable. It helps us improve quality, reliability, and the workflows sales teams use every day.

Suggestions & Ideas

If you have ideas for new AI Chat workflows, better prompts, reporting use cases, or lead generation improvements, please share them with the team.

Reporting Bugs

If you encounter an issue with AI Chat:

Contact customer support from the chat widget or your Looply workspace.
Include a screenshot of the conversation whenever possible.
Share the campaign, lead, ICP, or prompt context that produced the issue.

Future Vision

AI Chat is an important part of Looply's future GTM workflow. The goal is to make it easier to find the right leads, understand campaign performance, sharpen targeting, and move from intent signals to warmer sales conversations.

Use AI Chat to move faster, but keep human judgment in the loop for strategy, final messaging, and important customer conversations.
