🤖 AI Agent / Signals Agent

Your AI-powered assistant that searches for leads based on the ICP and signals you configure, then helps organize qualified prospects into your Looply workspace.

The AI Agent continuously reviews LinkedIn and market activity to identify people who may match your target audience and timing.

🎯 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

The description of the type of lead you want Looply to find and qualify.

Your ICP can include:

Job titles
Industries
Company size
Keywords to search for or avoid
Locations
Seniority levels
Additional criteria and instructions

The clearer your ICP is, the more targeted your leads will be.

📡 Signals

Signals are behaviors, events, or activities that help Looply identify potential leads at a better moment.

Examples of signals include:

Competitor engagement
Job changes
Likes, comments, and posts on LinkedIn
Hiring activity
Company growth
Profile and content activity

Signals help Looply find people who may already have intent, urgency, or interest related to your niche.

📥 Leads Inbox / Contact Lists

The places where detected or imported leads are reviewed, organized, and prepared for outreach.

From there, you can:

Review lead fit
Move leads into campaigns
Filter and organize contacts
Manage outreach lists

🚀 Campaign

A campaign is an outreach workflow where you define what should happen with your leads.

A campaign can use leads from:

An AI Agent
One or more contact lists
Manually imported contacts

Inside a campaign, you can configure steps such as:

Sending LinkedIn invitations
Sending LinkedIn messages
Visiting LinkedIn profiles
Sending follow-ups
Controlling delays, schedules, and pacing
Important: for LinkedIn message steps to happen, the lead must first accept your connection invitation. Once a lead replies, campaign outreach automatically stops for that lead so your team can continue the conversation manually.

🧠 Additional Criteria

Extra instructions added to an AI Agent to refine lead quality and scoring.

This is commonly used to:

Prioritize specific industries
Focus on certain company types
Avoid low-quality leads
Give higher or lower priority to specific profiles
Example: Prioritize B2B SaaS companies and avoid agencies or consultants.

🔥 Warm Lead

A lead already showing signs of relevance, interest, or engagement.

Examples include someone who:

Accepted your connection request
Replied to a message
Engaged with relevant content
Matches your ICP and recent intent signals

Warm leads usually give your team a stronger reason to start a relevant conversation.

📧 Enrichment

The process of adding useful information to a lead or contact profile.

This can include:

Email addresses
Company information
Social profiles
Job details
Contact data

🧩 Workflow

The sequence of steps inside a campaign.

Example workflow:

Send invitation
Send first message after acceptance
Visit profile
Send follow-up
Hand off replies to the inbox

📝 Templates

Templates are prompts or message structures used to guide campaign copy and AI-generated messages.

Templates can help control:

Tone of voice
Language
Style
Personalization
Message structure

You can also use fixed manual messages when you want full control over exact wording.

👀 Review Mode

A review step that lets your team check and approve messages before they are sent.

When review mode is enabled, outreach waits for approval before selected actions are launched.

🚫 Blacklist

A do-not-contact list for people or companies that should be excluded from outreach.

Blacklists are useful to:

Avoid duplicate outreach
Exclude existing customers
Prevent overlap with other tools or team members
Keep campaigns focused on the right audience

📊 Insights
