Your First 15 Minutes with Looply (Quick Start Guide)

Step 1 — Connect your LinkedIn account (5 min)

Looply uses your connected LinkedIn sender to run outreach from the right account, inside the schedules and pacing controls you choose.

Follow onboarding, or go to Senders from your Looply workspace.

Connect the LinkedIn account you want to use for outreach.
3.
If LinkedIn asks for a verification code or security check, complete it manually before continuing.
Security note: use Looply's official secure LinkedIn connection flow. Looply does not ask you to use unofficial session workarounds.

This is the most common setup issue for new users. If connection fails, check:

You are connecting the correct LinkedIn account.
You are using a stable login location, with no sudden VPN or travel change.
LinkedIn has not sent a prompt by email, mobile app, SMS, or 2FA app.
No other LinkedIn automation tool or risky browser extension is trying to use the same account at the same time.

Step 2 — Define your ICP and choose your signals (5 min)

Your ICP and signals tell your AI Agent who to watch and why someone might be worth contacting now.

Go to: Agents & Signals → Create AI Agent.

Examples of useful signals:

Job changes
Funding rounds
Hiring surges
Competitor engagement
Content engagement on LinkedIn
People matching your ICP and showing activity around relevant topics

You can define your ICP, add new signals, remove unneeded signals, and adjust targeting at any time as you learn which prospects convert best.

Step 3 — Create your first campaign (3 min)

Now tell Looply what should happen when the right leads are detected.

Go to: Campaigns → Create.

Option 1: AI-assisted campaign (recommended)

Use this when you want the fastest path to a clear LinkedIn sequence. Looply can help use your ICP, offer, and intent context to shape the campaign.

Use this when you want full control over the sequence, copy, delays, and follow-up logic.

Recommended first campaign: keep the first version simple. One clear audience, one clear reason to connect, and a short follow-up flow will teach you faster than a complex sequence.

Step 4 — Go to your inbox and lead workspace (5 min)

Once your agent starts running, qualified prospects and replies begin flowing back into Looply.

Looply works like a radar. It can take a few minutes to find the first leads, and some signals may take longer depending on your market and targeting.

From here you can:

Filter by signal
Add qualified people to a list
Launch or adjust a campaign
Enrich contact profiles where available
Reject poor fits before they enter your workflow
Manage replies from the inbox without jumping between tools

This is the aha moment: seeing people who already show relevant activity, then turning that timing into a warmer conversation.


By the end of your first 15 minutes, Looply should be connected, watching the right market, and ready to turn intent signals into warm conversations.
