How the Leads Inbox works (and how to use it properly)

The Leads Inbox is the working view for detected, imported, and campaign-ready leads inside Looply.

In Looply, lead review happens from Contacts, Contact Lists, and the lead sources connected to your Campaigns. This is where you decide who should move forward, who needs enrichment, and who should be removed before outreach starts.

What you can do from here

This is where you can:

See who matched your AI Agent signals.
Filter by source, signal, list, ICP fit, status, or contact data.
Review profile quality before a lead enters outreach.
Enrich leads where email, phone, or company data is available.
Add qualified leads to Contact Lists or Campaigns.
Reject or remove poor fits before they create noisy campaign activity.
Export selected data when you need a CSV for review or handoff.

Best workflow: automatic campaigns

Use this workflow when an AI Agent or Contact List is already connected to a campaign source.

1.
Open the lead workspace or Contact List connected to the campaign.
2.
Review new leads regularly so weak fits do not enter outreach.
3.
Remove poor fits before they move into the campaign sequence.
4.
Let qualified leads continue into the campaign source already connected in Looply.
Automatic does not mean unchecked. A quick review loop keeps your campaigns cleaner and helps your team protect reply quality.

Best workflow: Copilot review

Use this workflow when you want more control before leads enter a campaign.

1.
Open Contacts or the relevant Contact List.
2.
Filter by the strongest signal, source, list, or ICP fit segment.
3.
Review profile quality, context, and fit.
4.
Add qualified leads to a Contact List that powers a campaign.
5.
Reject the rest so your team does not waste campaign capacity on poor-fit prospects.

Why regular review matters

Cleaner lead review improves campaign quality, reply context, enrichment choices, and downstream outreach results. It also keeps Contact Lists focused, which makes reporting and handoff easier later.

Campaigns perform better when the source list stays focused.
Copilot and reply workflows are easier to manage when bad fits are removed early.
Export and enrichment actions are more useful when they are run on a clean segment.
The more regularly you review your lead workspace, the cleaner your campaigns will be. Looply can find and organize opportunities, but your best results come from keeping lists focused and rejecting bad fits early.
